Recently flew CE during an afternoon tea time (which is my least favourite meal personally). Due to the photos here from the catering thread, decided to pre-order a kosher meal well in advance. On the plane it was a bit chaotic (well maybe I was a bit chaotic in my head as it was a t3 departure and I'd visited Qantas and CX lounges before for a couple of hours...). Anyway, I was just handed a regular afternoon tea (without scone) by the crew (& not even offered a choice of vegetarian tea), but as I was pretty full anyway, I didn't say anything. I submitted a comment about it on the complaints form and within 24 hours they responded and added 10k avios to my account - which I consider a win. Maybe because I don't often complain? (Don't usually have a reason to thankfully!).
