Having same issue last 2-3 weeks. It was always buggy and I’d wait and it would come back but this time I can’t get it to work on multiple browsers, desktop, ipad, mobile etc and have tried so many things. Been trying to search flights NYC to LON with the dates jun 9-23, refundable, flexible and tried selecting various classes or whatever it auto selects without changing it in the search before clicking to view flights. Not trying to redeem any awards or miles but pay for it in USD so none of those are selected or should be effecting it. Receive same error OP mentioned and it’s been going on now 2 maybe 3 weeks… been checking every day and some days several times with breaks between just trying to troubleshoot. I thought it was only me but now wondering what’s causing it? Any ideas of potential problems or just anything I could be doing to cause this as it’s driving me off the wall sadly.

reaching out to delta seemed like wasting more time and this is the first thread after searching I’ve found specifically mentioning the issue I’m having and also is happening to someone else currently or very recently (most things are from years ago etc and aren’t exactly even on this issue and none mentioned this error code I’m receiving as well…)
