Just went to Airport Express HK Station for check-in this morning and its all become self check-in with bag drop ONLY.
However, CX staff are all next to the self check-in machine to help and some MTR porter help/ guide you for the bag drop. There is NO manual counter opened (well one only but its for special case I guess), regardless your status and class.
No more priority baggage tag, instead, they have it printed on the baggage tag which is similar to other airline. I will wait and see if they are going to "add back" the priority tag at back end.
No visa checking too.

Not sure how it can help to speed up the process, in my case, it takes double the time than using conventional counter previously.
