Bumping this up as I am having trouble with a hotel that doesn't reply to emails. Advised the hotel ahead of time that I would be arriving after midnight due to a flight delay. No response received. When I arrived at the hotel around 3am in the morning, I checked in as normal with no issue. I then noticed in my app that both the check in and check out dates have been adjusted and moved back by 1 day. This will pose a problem as I have another stay at a different Hilton property. If this is how was getting posted, I would not get both Elite nights as both would fall on the same date. But this is not the only problem. When I received the folio, the transaction detail lists the stay as no show. I didn't think it would matter as I have checked in, paid for, and stayed in the room as a simply matter of fact. As you could imagine, the stay never posted. When I contact Hilton, they said that the stay was cancelled and would not post. I am currently dealing with a customer service agent who doesn't read emails properly and a hotel which doesn reply to emails. What a waste of time!
