While I would agree the emailed checkout PDF is not 'new' in the sense that it was just designed, it is a change for me that it now seems to be sent with every rental and without the checkout clerk asking if you want it.
On the credit cards, I always book to one specific card, but have another 'backup' in my profile, for whatever reason I thought was valid long ago. During checkout at DEN last week, they asked me if I wanted to use the 'backup' card. Er, no, I want to use the primary card that is default and on the reservation. I wonder if this new software is the reason. I have since deleted the backup, and will let them enter it manually if there is an issue with the primary.
