My flight from ARN - LHR on 30th December was also met by Border Force when we arrived (by bus, from the remote stand) at T5. A couple of officers at the door asking everyone to have their passports out and we were then directed to a phalanx of other officers who checked the documents. I didn't see if anyone was detained. The whole process added maybe 10 seconds to getting off the bus and on our way.
