Looks like there was a roll-out of the Enterprise system to a bunch of new National airport locations in the last few months. (Definitely BOS and DCA). Funny enough, it's the same software the local Enterprise office has on their iPads to the point where if you watch the screen of the checkout clerk it keeps bouncing between "vertical" and "horizontal" orientation on their computer screens.
