Similar, but not exact problem here. Booked a ticket Monday 1/23, website would not let me buy, when clicking the 'purchase' button it would just take me to a blank screen. Cleared cookies, multiple browsers, etc. Used the app, worked fine. Bought another ticket Monday 1/28, same problem, used the app again. Just now (2/1), tried to buy another ticket, same problem, figured I had some time so I'd call in. First agent said he could book it at no charge or transfer me to web support. Opted for web support, who told me it's a system wide problem and booked the ticket for me at no charge. Also opened a trouble ticket, so I'll see how it goes, will need to buy another ticket in a couple days.
