Like many, I am fascinated with the breakfast omelet served on AC. I was *very* surprised at not just the quality of what I was just served on a YYZ AUS flight on Rouge J but also at the fact that though the menu had mentioned it had cheese that there wasn't any! It was a plate consisting of: omelet, sausage and 3 little hash browns which were delicious.

Now this got me thinking. I seem to recall ML omelet indeed has cheese, so i'm wondering if this catering difference is in fact intentional or has it all changed to what I was just served. Yes I should have taken a photo but I was too busy devouring the dish.
