Just read mine yesterday. 50 some odd pages. Interesting but nothing earth shattering. Did find it interesting there was a comment about ensuring proper food service that was copied and pasted among a random assortment of a few properties. No idea where it came from originally or why only a handful of over a hundred properties had it. Also did have one entry from one property that described me as very angry over poor housekeeping, hairs all over the bathroom, dirt in the room, etc. I've never been "very angry" in dealing with a hotel CS issue so I found that amusing. Like the OP, it's interesting how other people will perceive and note certain behavior from others.

Mine went back to my account creation... had every stay, spend, points earned, promos, points given for CS and other reasons, everything. Looks like every property was contacted and asked to provide any internal notes.
