Of course, in China, I just used trip.com (aka avoiding ticket scrums at stations).
Any way to get a courier to buy a ticket and deliver it to my Jakarta/Bandung hotel? Don't want to roll up to a station to see that my desired time is sold-out.
As a nod to nostalgia, I've attached a couple of photos from the one time I took the train between Bandung and Jakarta, back in 2013. But once you hit Jabodetabek (the megalopolis), it's not ... quite as naturally green.
