As someone that found the companion passes a bit unreliable/restricting, and as someone with a large Uber budget, the changes are positive for me. I can get the full $120 out of the rideshare benefit, and probably at least half of the Resy benefit. A wash to slight positive.

The challenge is that all of these Amex price increases make it increasingly hard to stomach holding multiple Amex cards. I already downgraded my Bonvoy card...
