Yeah, the blogs are all running that it includes AK and HI, but seem to be doing so solely because the text says "United States"... it's probably true but...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only way to get from Hawaii past the Rockies in First requires an overnight in a recliner, right? I wonder how loose the SDC rules are, but I think they also cracked down on SDC from First to D1...

Maybe the certs will eventually be good for domestic Premium Select, and then RUC to D1?
