Identical offers on primary and AU cards have never been and are still not an issue. You have separate logins for the primary and AU and can save an offer to each one if it shows up for you and then use them successfully.
The OP was referring to saving identical offers under the same login to multiple cards and getting the credit for all of them, which has long not been able to be done.
