How far back in time did the transaction history and hotel responses go? I'm curious as Hyatt claimed to purge much of the stay history around the time of the transition from GP to WoH. About a decade ago, Hyatt targeted certain members with various awards based on the number of different properties where they had stayed. The notification included a list and a map of (mostly) all the properties. I asked for an updated list 5 or 6 years ago and was told the data was no longer available. Now, I can see 2 years of stay history on the web site and 5 years on the app.
