Travelling on British airways back to London from hkg, am i able to use cathay lounge
I'm travelling from HKG back to LHR on BA Club World. BA recommended I use the Qantas Lounge, but as I've tried it before, i would like to visit the CX lounges.
However, ground crews at the check-in desks told me that I was only eligible to use The Deck, one of the CX lounges near gate 6-7. And it contradicts the information CX website provides.
It says that they welcome any Oneworld business travellers to use all of their airport lounges, specifically the wing and the pier, which are much better.
Going to travel on the same route again, so are the ground crews wrong? I'm guessing not but would hate to miss out on other CX lounges.
