It’s an open secret that you can get a much nicer seat on short haul economy merely by selecting a seat before row 13 on A319/329 and before row 16 on A321.
I’m booked to do WAW-LHR on an A321N next month and the cost to pick a seat in rows 11-15 was significantly more than the non-exit row seats behind it. 1-11 appeared to be Club/blocked.
Is this BA capitalising on the more comfortable seats being available to Euro Traveller punters, or am I missing something?
