Since I bought a WeekEnd pass, I receive this error
every single time I try to make a reservation:
This happens even though the dates from my booking are compatible with what is required by the WeekEnd pass. The error happens on every route I've tried (CDG-LHR, CDG-MAD, and many others), and happens for every flight combination.
The WhatsApp team is clueless, all they can do is quote a WeekEnd+ fare that is more expensive than a fully flexible business fare on the site.
I tried using other versions of the website (US/FR/BE) but no avail. Tried different browsers, and different computers. They all failed.
I'm on vacation currently and wanted to avoid calling the PSL (which probably won't be able to help more than their WhatsApp counterpart). Would anyone here have a suggestion of what
might be wrong in my account, and if there is anything I can do to try fix it?
