Whichever terminal you are flying from you can just take the train to T3 and go to the SilverKris lounge there, hands down the best lounge for *A when travelling business.
I think the Qatar Premium Lounge and Qantas First / OWE lounge are better but of course that's OW.
For SQ Private Room you will need to have a SQ departing / arriving F ticket.
