When you soft land Platinum from Diamond, you should not receive 2 SNUs. There were given to me "by mistake". And so they're denying me the 2 SNUs that I should get because I reached 14'000 points in December 2023. Which is infuriating because I spent a couple extra 100 USD to make sure I'd get to Platinum at the end of 2023.
Anyone has a direct email to someone from management they could DM me?
I'll live without these 2 SNUs but to me it's just another extremely poor customer service performance & just want someone above to be aware of it.
just to make sure : you really requalified for Plat before end 2023 ? If yes, you should have the 2 SNU credited at 14k points. If you soft-landed to Plat from Diamond without requalifying for Plat, you shouldn’t have the 2 SNU.
