They are not going to remove you from those seats because you lost status. The only risk is in the case of an equipment change, you could lose the exit row and would be unable to select it again for free.
of course if this change happens within 7 days of departure, which as Bronze should still allow the OP to select two seats together, in case of equipment change mane would be affected.
