Further update. Talking with more club staff at breakfast that worked in lounge. Really quick decision made and club lounge will go into basement without windows. Not sure anybody is happy with this and nobody sure when it is happening. Nut Italian restaurant moving 100%.
Having slept on it current lounge offering is simply awful. Basically in the lobby with a couple of plates of cold food on offer and a temp bar. I ordered the 3 mini hot dishes and they are of no substance. I tried to do some work last night but simply too loud and bright. It is anything but relaxing and nothing like it previously was. Anyway I have two more nights here and then I am done with the hotel.
