I've not been to this property, but I'm also interested in it.
One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is part of a much larger, non-RC development of houses. Hundreds, if not thousands, of houses. They seem higher end, from the looks of the advertisements for the broader development (See current T+L Golf Magazine), it looks to be targeted towards seniors. So, although there's 99 holes of golf, this could be part of a retirement-like community. They didn't say retirement, but it looked and felt like retirement.
This may or may not impact your interest in the property.
