LH is not premium, will never be, and people seem to forget it never was. Back in the day, LH was still flying recliners in C and busy implementing the Recaro slippery slopes when BA already had fully flat seats.
But they had great customer service, being a SEN was ah-mazing and they didn't yet implement upsell and other nasty tactics, which made up for the lack of the product.
Now they are bottom of the barrel in just about every aspect and I fear the worst is yet to come. Miles&More too should be renamed to Enhancements&LiesGalore.

On one of my last LH longhauls, I returned my plate after 1 bite from the main and 1 bite from the dessert. Not sure what catering was thinking that day, it was not just bad, it was downright disgusting.
The FA didn't ask why or what and just whispered "I'm so sorry" with a look of embarassment on her face. I appreciated that actually.
