EK 206 is scheduled with 7h35m, so well below 9 hours

This basically means all of the flights from/to DXB and S. & N. America, East Asia (excl PEK) and Australia will get PJs.

S.E. Asia, Africa (except CPT), India and Europe will not see PJs.
