If they nevertheless make it to the boarding pass scan point at Flight Connections more than 35 mins prior to departure of the earlier CAI flight, they may well have a case for Involuntarily Denied Boarding compensation, since they could have made it (if travelling without checked luggage).
Thanks. I've been keeping an eye on the last week or two and the Dublin to Heathrow has never landed more than 15 mins late and normally lands a bit early, so hopefully we will get there ok! Will try to get a seat close to the front to get off as quick as possible.
