ok so major changes to the club lounge here. I checked in today to be told the old lounge is closed and the Italian restaurant is moving there. Temporarily the lounge has taken over a section of the cafe on floor M. So you are now basically sitting a few steps up from a noisy bright lobby. The food offering amounts to set hot dishes which have to be ordered and a couple of cold dishes laid out. All very average. Temporary bar set up on edge of cafe, very makeshift. I am told once Italian restaurant moves up to 2nd floor lounge goes to basement with no natural light. I asked for a manager to discuss as this change was made over night and if I had known I would not have stayed here. She was very understanding and offered to send a 10 dollar bottle of wine to the room.
This is my last stay here.
