Given the new link between the two programs we don't have enough information from OP on this.
In theory you can book LHR-DOH-CPT on QR with Avios either through BA or QR.
But reading between the lines QR does sound more likely.
With sufficient Avios and availability a new booking on BA NCL-LHR-DOH-CPT would be the neatest solution (and then cancel the existing one).
But it will require ringing up as there is no way the flight finder is going to give it to you
