luggage belt 10 at the far end of the hall, there is a guy sitting with a clipboard who will assign you a car... the exit doors are right behind him and cars are waiting...directions are signposted you cannot miss it...
oh, and I dont think there is an arrivals lounge in the new terminal, at least not one which I saw...
