DOHDOH lounge access question , P Fare, with status and club membership
My wife and I are transiting DOH on a Qatar Business lite (P) fare later this week and I am trying to determine which lounges I have access to with my status and memberships. It will be a three hour connection between a 12 hour and a 7 hour flight, and it will be at prime time (5pm to 8pm), so our priority is someplace to grab a shower and change. I know the P fare has no lounge access by itself, but I have the following:
1) I am AA Platinum (One World Sapphire);
2) I have Admirals Club membership as the primary cardholder on a Citi AAdvantage Executive card;
3) I have Chase Saphire Reserve priority pass; and
4) My wife has Amex Platinum priority pass.
Question 1) The Admirals Club directory page says customers flying in Business have access to Al Mourjan with no restriction as to P fares. Does my Admirals Club card get me access despite the P fare?
Question 2) Do I have access to the Oryx Lounge if I am not flying on an American operated flight?
Question 3) Of the lounges I have access to (either of the above with Admirals Membership, Gold and Silver with status, Al Maha, and Sleep n' Fly with priority pass) which would have the best chance of getting a shower.
