That wasn't my point. Yes, the flights I selected are 165K miles and I paid that. But why does the receipt show "original price 100K" but "special member price 165K"? I'm paying MORE miles because I'm special?!?! It's the funny/weird way the receipt is written.
And in these days of dynamic award pricing there's no such thing as "right price". Also, oddly, I only booked this ticket a few days ago. All outbound and return options in Polaris at 100K are gone. 200K is the cheapest. There were 50+ flights to choose from just two days ago. Could be the computer catching up to inventory or Polaris just went up 2x overnight.
Still beats DL who wants 765K miles for DeltaFirst r/t NY-TYO.
