I will be posting a full review of the new HR Insurgentes soon, but if you want access to Zona Rosa, it is located on the main drag (Av. Insurgentes Sur, less than a mile south of the Andaz). There is a mall across the street next to the World Trade Center if you need anything during your stay, and the neighborhood restaurant selection was mostly chains. But that doesn't matter - Ubers were incredibly easy, and you could get the 15-20 blocks north into Roma in a few minutes for about $3 (versus 20 minutes from HR Polanco in most traffic). It was also one-third the price of Andaz, and because it was not very full, I was offered a choice of suites. Great Regency Club, and you will be the only tourists there. I was the only person in the hotel not in business attire.
