Aleon's warranty sorta excludes airline damage, but correctly refers customers to submit a claim with the airline to fix damage at their cost. Otherwise, the warranty covers anything for 10 years and defect for life. Seems pretty decent and balanced. I'm considering buying something from them, though their weights are a little concerning.
