They also seem to consistently e-mail out a PDF of the rental agreement when checking out. That seems to be new, too.
It's not new, and the first PDF that gets sent out is info if you get pulled over and the police ask for registration THAT is your registration, I've been renting from National now for 10 yrs, I like the PDF v the paper handout.
