They're often reluctant, though you should be able to get a doc check done which opens up OLCI. As Karfa said, just checking in for the LHR-JER may work, though I have some recollection of not being able to do this in a similar situation last year, I forget the details but I got it sorted out in the CCR. You'll know at T-24 anyway so best not worry too much until then.
