For the last couple of days, I've been trying to book a CLT to BKK flight with a connection at a CX US Gateway while signed into the CX website. I get to the extra screen, or the payment screen (I've tried both) and get the following message:
We are unable to proceed with this booking. Please try again or contact Customer Care
to make your booking. (WDS_009)
Changing browsers seems not to work, changing dates or routing gives me the same message, and I gave up after 20 minutes in the hold queue for US customer service. Anybody else having problems or suggest a solution? Thanks
