In this instance though, the only A380 flight to FRA will be terminating there (ie. SIN-FRA-SIN), so a pax seated in rows 1 could very well be open to swapping.
As an aside, the A380 won't be returning to SQ26/25 for the foreseeable future (it requires a commitment of three A380 aircraft and SQ can likely deploy these more profitably elsewhere).
