For all midnight flights, EVA Air will serve a supper (modified three course dinner) shortly after takeoff. They usually finish all service within two hours after takeoff including duty free runs. Then breakfast is offered two hours prior to arrival. They have a mid-flight snack menu, which is on demand. The F/As served them at anytime you want and you can have multiple items too. You can easily get an uninterrupted ten hours sleep on these long transpacific flights.
