I just chose the car on the app. The agent did offer me some other upgrade options at the desk (they had lots of cars available) but as I was taking the car to small villages I didn't want anything bigger. As it was the A4 only just fitted into some very narrow roads and parking spaces! Nice friendly team and the car was very clean.
