Not that I want to look a gift horse in the mouth but I almost wish they wouldn't give me Avios when I write in about things like that. The same happened when non-alcoholic beer briefly disappeared. I wrote in to register my disappointment, simply in the hope that it might help it to return if they noticed sufficient feedback (it did, in a different can size, so assume they never intentionally de-listed it and it was a supply issue!) and got 15,000 Avios - which was nice but felt unnecessary - particularly because I've previously received nothing at all when BA has quite majorly screwed up.
