yes, I made the original booking online while otp with SEN hotline agent and checking I inventory as an indicator that upgrades might go through.
On same phone call the SEN agent booked the eVoucher upgrades after my reservation was booked.
We got immediate upgrade confirmation for the return flight and the outbound went on WL.
3 days later I got the upgrade confirmation email for the outbound as well, and I finally went online to book the seats.
