Hello guys, I am completely new to this and could use help as calling Chase I only keep getting transferred and transferred. I was supposed to depart today for my trip to Australia but due to medical reasons I am not able board flight / doctor recommended. I saw some video that the process is more or less the same as dispute however in my statement where I can see the payment details, there is no option to select "problem with payment" or anything alike.
The flights were 5k so I would not like to leave it and is the only thing I would claim. Can I do this online? If not, who to call as I keep getting transferred to "sapphire benefits department" but then end up again in regular customer care. I am kinda lost in this and would appreciate any guidance to this. I have the invoice from OTA and they are very responding with whatever I would need.
