Doubtful. I believe the status match requires paid nights so promotional/bonus nights would not count towards that.

EDIT: I may have misunderstood your question - if you’re asking if you will still earn bonus nights, yes you will. But those bonus nights won’t count towards your status match challenge (i.e. you’ll still need 16, or whatever the current number is, paid nights to fulfill the status match, but you should earn 32 ENCs due to the promo).
