They stopped a little while before this article came out. My sister tried in October at the Amagasaki location and was told "no". Wasn't that long ago, though, since I was able to in January (although with Global Blue's administrative fee baked in).



Back in my college student days I would've said one of the 4l bottles they have (Nikka Black and Suntory... something or other). These days, not so sure.
