This is primarily a vent and not that I expect anything to happen.
What number did you call to try to speak with AS about this? If it was any number other than the number to their corporate headquarters, I would give that number a call during normal business hours, and see if you can be connected with corporate security.
In any event, you need to contact your card issuer, which will probably want to void your current card number, and issue you a replacement card.
