This is primarily a vent and not that I expect anything to happen.
After this post I thought I'd try to send feedback via the website. The page crashed with an error. The Univac must be very tired from all the cancellations recently.
I've never had a problem with BofA for my Alaska card but have had several things with Chase and they are all over it. Takes almost zero time on the phone to get a live person and it's handled.
