I noticed a fraudulent charge against a credit card I have never used with Alaska for some sort of charge. I have a record locator number. I thought I'd call Alaska about the fraud so they could stop the fraudulent reservation. After 1hr 11 minutes on hold with customer service I decided they really don't care about fraud. I'll just dispute the charge with Chase.

This is primarily a vent and not that I expect anything to happen.

After this post I thought I'd try to send feedback via the website. The page crashed with an error. The Univac must be very tired from all the cancellations recently.
