A concierge responded to me with the following info "
I spoke to Johan at the Lindner Prague Castle and the Suite is the one king bed with a Sofa bed and is 45 SQ meters and the bedroom is separated by a door." That of course does not answer our question - since the written confirmation shows 36 sq ft and since 2 prior posters state they were given the 36 sq ft room that is not a true 1 BR. So I will follow up again.
And I agree with BeachFan - this post has shown us there is an issue and we have moved on to find out if it will be a continued issue going forward (there is nothing we can do about the past)
