Even the previously hard-done-by Aussie dollar is now having a go and giving the British Pound a good kicking.

Which really hacks me off as I am trying to sell my house in the UK at the moment and transfer the funds down here to buy a property. You know, a great place near the water and beaches, that isnt battered by winds, cold temperatures, high heating bills. A place where I wont have to scrape the ice of my car for 4 months of the year. A place that wont be in the dark in the morning when I leave for work and be dark again before I return.

And, to top it all, it will be in a country that has a superior airline that turns in one of the best profits in the industry. An airline that doesnt start a fledgling discount air service, pump it full of start up capital and then flog it to a competitor who makes all the money and enjoys shafting the previous owner.

I knew there was a reason or 10 why I migrated.
