I also faced this problem today. I checked and my name and everything perfectly matched in Chase and virgin Atlantic. I called Chase and they also couldn't transfer points. I then called Virgin Atlantic, had to wait 20 minutes and then told the agent about this issue. The agent confirmed my name and sort of 'reset' my account. He told me to wait for 2-4 hours and try the point transfer again. After 3-4 hours, I logged into Chase and could transfer points to Virgin Atlantic.
